Jason & Stacy Putman

Jason hails from Michigan and Stacy from just south of there in central Ohio. Stacy went to college at Ohio State while Jason joined the Navy. Somehow we both ended up in Washington D.C. and our fates were sealed. Stacy was working as a assistant manager at a B.Dalton bookstore and Jason had a friend who worked there. It was not long before Jason went to the bookstore to buy a book, but left having met his perfect match. After a year and a half Jason proposed and Stacy happily accepted. But there was a catch. Stacy must follow Jason back to Michigan so he could finish school after his Navy days were over. Stacy agreed (only because Michigan State fans hate Michigan almost as much as Ohio State fans do) and we moved to Lansing in August 1998. In October of that same (very busy) year we were married, which we both agree was the best day of our lives. Jason is now in his last year of school at Michigan State and also working at Voyager.net while State is the assistant manager of a Barnes & Noble Bookstore. We are very happily married and have a beautiful cat named Scout.
